2.Registration and Enrollment

Registration is mandatory before beginning any class.

Misrepresentation of information may result in cancellation of your enrollment.
No registration fee is charged at the start of the classes.
If a student discontinues classes and re-joins after two or three months, a registration fee will be applicable.

3.Payment Policy

Fee Structure: Payments must be made in advance for the selected plan (e.g., 3, 4, or 5 days per week).
Payment Methods: We accept payments via the methods listed on our website.
Late Payments: Services may be suspended if payment is delayed beyond the due date.
Refunds: Refunds for unused classes will be provided only as per our refund policy.
If a teacher takes leave for half a month, half the fee will not be charged. If a teacher is absent for an entire month, the full fee will not be charged.
If a student takes leave, the full fee for that month will still be applicable.
The responsibility for covering all applicable fees, including transfer charges, rests with the student.

4.Scheduling and Attendance

Class Timings: Class schedules will be set during registration and agreed upon by both parties.
Absences: Notify us in advance if you are unable to attend a scheduled class.
Missed Classes:

• If a teacher misses a class, a make-up class will be arranged.
• If a student misses a class, no make-up class will be provided.

Discontinuation of Classes: Students must provide one month’s prior notice if they wish to discontinue classes.

5.Free Trial Classes

Eligibility: New students are entitled to one free trial class to experience our teaching methods.
Non-Transferability: Trial classes are personal and cannot be transferred to others.
No Obligations: Trial classes are provided without any obligation to continue.

6.Learning Environment

Students are encouraged to use a desktop or laptop for classes for better learning.
Avoid using iPads or Android mobile devices as they may not provide an optimal learning experience.
Classes should not be conducted during travel or in moving vehicles to maintain focus and quality.

7.Respectful Behaviour

Code of Conduct: Students are expected to maintain respectful communication with teachers and staff.
Consequences: Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services without a refund.

8.Privacy and Security

Data Protection: We prioritize the privacy and security of your personal information.
Data Sharing: Your information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

9.Service Termination

Termination by Students: Students may discontinue services with prior notice of at least one month.
Termination by Sahulat Quran: We reserve the right to terminate services for breaches of terms or inappropriate behavior.

Service Disruptions: We are not responsible for issues caused by internet disruptions, power outages, or other technical challenges beyond our control.
